What to Send Us

Please email the following:

1. Order Number

Please include your order number so we can match your details to your order.

2. Name for Personalisation

Please check the spelling carefully before sending. We will copy the name exactly as provided.

3. Chosen Design

Please tell us which design or character you have selected from the product listing.

4. Colour Choices

If the product allows colour choices, let us know your preferred colours and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Personalised Instructions

If your product includes a Personalised Instructions option, please send the tasks or instructions you'd like included.

For the Kids Daily To-Do Chart, please provide exactly 7 tasks.

If you select “Blank”, no tasks or instructions will be added, allowing you to write your own.

Adding a Child's Photo

Some products may include the option to add your child's image.

If you have selected this option, please send us a clear, good-quality photo along with your personalisation details.

Where applicable, the photo will be adapted to fit the chosen design or theme.
