Our personalised products are made especially for you, so please send your personalisation details as soon as possible after placing your order.
What to Send Us
Please email the following:
1. Order Number
Please include your order number so we can match your details to your order.
2. Name for Personalisation
Please check the spelling carefully before sending. We will copy the name exactly as provided.
3. Chosen Design
Please tell us which design or character you have selected from the product listing.
4. Colour Choices
If the product allows colour choices, let us know your preferred colours and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Personalised Instructions
If your product includes a Personalised Instructions option, please send the tasks or instructions you'd like included.
For the Kids Daily To-Do Chart, please provide exactly 7 tasks.
If you select “Blank”, no tasks or instructions will be added, allowing you to write your own.
Adding a Child's Photo
Some products may include the option to add your child's image.
If you have selected this option, please send us a clear, good-quality photo along with your personalisation details.
Where applicable, the photo will be adapted to fit the chosen design or theme.

Send us details of what you'd like and we'll confirm whether we're able to create it for you before you purchase.
Please Check Your Details Carefully
Please make sure all personalisation information is correct before sending it to us, particularly:
- Name spelling
- Chosen design
- Colour choices
- Personalised instructions
- Any photo provided
Once production has started, changes may not be possible. We cannot be responsible for errors in personalisation details supplied by the customer.
Design Variations
Please note that designs, colours, layouts and decorative elements may vary slightly from the images shown. This can depend on the chosen design, colour scheme and the product itself.

Processing & Dispatch
Personalised products are made to order.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5–7 working days after we have received all required personalisation details.
Delivery time is separate and depends on the postage option selected.
If we are waiting for personalisation details, this may delay the processing of your order.

Choosing numbered designs
Where a listing offers a choice of numbered designs, select the correct size and pack option. For a selected-design pack, email madewithmii.orders@gmail.com with your order number and chosen design numbers. Send one, three or five numbers to match the pack purchased.
If you select Choose for me, we will pick a varied selection and you do not need to email design choices. A complete 12-design set includes each design once. Please still send any name or other personalisation details required by your product.
Bulk orders and special requests
For larger orders, contact us before purchasing with the product, size, quantity, preferred designs and date needed. We will confirm availability, production time and any suitable bulk-order discount before you order.
